基礎ワークショップ（入門・全5回／各2時間）
Foundation Workshop (Introductory, 5 sessions, 2 hours each)
香料原料の特徴やアコード（調和）の基本を学び、花の香り、フルーツタイプなど、自分の作りたい香りを創作できるレベルを目指す実技中心の短期コース。
1回は1時間の講義と1時間の実技を基準とする。
時間内にリストにあるすべての原料を希釈溶液で自由に使用でき、1セット（調合できる量はトータルで100g以下、調合用の空ビン100ml1本と12ml8本、使い捨てスポイト40本まで、爪楊枝、匂い紙（ミュエット）は使い放題）を毎回利用できる。
A short, hands-on course focused on learning the characteristics of raw materials and the basics of accords, aiming to reach a level where you can create the fragrances you want — floral, fruity, and beyond. Each session is built around one hour of lecture and one hour of practice. Within the session, you may freely use any of the listed materials as diluted solutions, and each session includes one full set (up to 100g of total compound, one 100ml bottle and eight 12ml bottles, up to 40 disposable pipettes, plus unlimited toothpicks and blotter strips).

創作実習（基礎応用・全10回／各2時間）
Creative Blending Workshop (Fundamentals & Application, 10 sessions, 2 hours each)
シプレ、フゼア、フローラルアルデヒドなど、香水の基本骨格を学び、幅広いスタイルの香りを自在に創作できるレベルを目指す中期コース。
全10回トータル20時間の中で、講義5時間、実技15時間を基準とする。毎回1セットの内容（調合量、空ビンなど）を利用できる
A mid-length course in which you learn the core structures of perfumery — chypre, fougère, aldehydic-floral, and more — aiming to freely create fragrances across a wide range of styles. Across 10 sessions and 20 hours total, the course is built around 5 hours of lecture and 15 hours of practice. Each session includes the same material set (compounding volume, bottles, etc.) as the Foundation Workshop.

応用調香（実践応用・全20回／各2時間）
Professional Composition Studio (Practical Application, 20 sessions, 2 hours each)
化粧品、洗剤、芳香剤などに用いる香料のパフォーマンス・安定性・製品特性との適合性を理解し、実際の製品開発に即した香料設計が可能になるレベルを目指す長期コース。
全20回トータル40時間の中で講義は10時間、実技30時間を基準とする。毎回1セットの内容を使用できる
A long-form course focused on understanding the performance, stability, and product compatibility of fragrances used in cosmetics, detergents, air fresheners, and similar products, aiming to reach a level where you can design fragrances for real-world product development. Across 20 sessions and 40 hours total, the course is built around 10 hours of lecture and 30 hours of practice. Each session includes the same material set as the other courses.

Meet Our Instructors
＜Open Lab・基礎コース担当＞
Antonio Schiappa（アントニオ・スキアッパ）
Open Lab & Foundation Workshop Instructor
ポルトガル、リスボン出身。
大阪大学での留学後、グラース香水学院（GIP）で香りの基礎から学び、日本やヨーロッパで経験を積んだ若手調香師。
香料の扱い方や香り作りの楽しさを、初心者の方にもわかりやすく丁寧にお伝えします。
Born in Lisbon, Portugal. After studying at Osaka University, he trained in the fundamentals of perfumery at the GIP (Grasse Institute of Perfumery) and has since gained experience in both Japan and Europe as a young perfumer. He shares the handling of raw materials and the joy of fragrance-making in a clear, approachable way, even for complete beginners.

Kenji Maruyama（丸山賢次）
Creative Blending & Professional Composition Instructor
岡山県倉敷市出身。
フィルメニッヒや高砂香料で40年以上、香水から日用品まで幅広い処方開発を担当。
ジュネーブ本社での研修や上海研究所長を歴任し、天然香料・アロマイングリディエンツ開発でも第一人者として活躍。
実践的かつ国際水準の調香指導を行います。
Born in Kurashiki, Okayama. Over more than 40 years at Firmenich and Takasago, he has developed formulas ranging from fine fragrance to household products. He trained at the Geneva headquarters and later served as head of the Shanghai research laboratory, and remains a leading figure in the development of natural raw materials and aroma ingredients. He brings a practical, internationally-minded approach to perfumery instruction.
